The meeting was hosted by Professor Ju Ping of Hohai University，Liu Quan, Director of the Joint Fund Management Division of the Planning and Policy Bureau of the National Natural Science Foundation of China、Zhou Xiang, Deputy Director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology of State Grid Corporation of China and other expert leaders attended the meeting，from North China Electric Power University、China Agricultural University、Shandong University、Huazhong University of Science and Technology、Zhejiang University、Hunan University、Wuhan University、Zhejiang University of Technology、Northeastern University、Tianjin University、State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd.、China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd.、Project leaders from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other supporting units attended the meeting。
