The beginning of the lecture,Li Yalou’s research background、Modeling and Simulation Technology、Engineering applications and development prospects are expanded into four parts,Systematically introduces the electromagnetic transient simulation technology and application of large power grids。He first starts with the power structure、Analysis of grid structure and load structure structural changes in my country's power system in recent years。Grid side UHV DC、Flexible DC and other power transmission channels are increasing,Load-side distributed power generation is connected to the low-voltage power grid on a large scale;The proportion of power electronic equipment in the power system continues to increase,The power system shows obvious characteristics of a high proportion of power electronic equipment,Profoundly changed the stable form and operating characteristics of the power system;To cope with the simulation cognitive challenges brought about by the development of power systems,There is an urgent need to promote the improvement and engineering application of electromagnetic transient simulation technology in large power grids。
