The School of Electrical Engineering held a new semester teaching seminar

In order to do a good job in teaching in the autumn semester,September 3rd afternoon,The School of Electrical Engineering held a teaching seminar,Discuss the key tasks of course group construction and course planning。

The teaching seminar of "Computational Thinking (Electrical)" course for 2020 freshmen was held in the lecture hall on the fifth floor of the Electric Power Building on Qianfoshan Campus,Computational thinking course group member、Members of the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting。Meeting,Associate Professor Liu Bingxu, head of the course group, analyzed the changes in the "Computational Thinking (Electrical)" course over the years,Explained the changes in the syllabus of this course in the 2020 training plan。Professor Zhang Yuantao, a member of the course team、Associate Professor Cong Wei、Associate Professor Sui Huibin、Associate Researcher Jin Chaoyang shared his views on how to teach this course well。Professor Zhang Hengxu, Executive Vice President,Fang Ling, Director of the Teaching Office、Academician Sun Hao attended the seminar。

    Zhang Hengxu emphasized in the discussion,Undergraduate teaching is very important,Curriculum construction seminar is very important,The course "Computational Thinking (Electrical)" is very important;Computers are engineers’ tools,Throughout the entire undergraduate course、Postgraduate studies,Even the entire career;Teach this course well,For cultivating students’ interest in learning、Enhancing engineering practice capabilities、Establish computational thinking、Grasping digital transformation plays a decisive role。Zhang Hengxu’s detailed teaching plan for this course、Full recognition for taking targeted teaching measures in response to changes in teaching objectives,And proposed to stimulate interest through practice、Drive learning with interest,By higher order、Guidance on creating unique high-quality courses through interesting practical programming case teaching。Participants actively discussed at the seminar,Lay a good foundation for the new semester teaching。

    At the same time,Senior Engineer Gao Hongxia、Senior Engineer Zhao Zhenwei and Lecturer Wang JingzaiRoom 206, Building 6, to discuss circuit experiment teaching content and follow-up construction matters。Interleaved design of classroom teaching content at the meeting,Online teaching emphasizes wide caliber,Classroom teaching emphasizes deep digging,Establishing a laddered classroom teaching unit design to discuss,The organic combination of experiments and classroom teaching。Introducing Multisim into classroom teaching,Guide students to understand the corresponding content through real-time simulation results。Design an overall experiment that runs through the entire circuit content,Lead students to complete the tasks in parts,Finally synthesize the overall result。To strengthen students’ experimental design capabilities and ability to summarize experimental conclusions。
