1.Set up 12 expert groups in Jinan and Qingdao campuses，Each group has one team leader，2 team members，1 secretary，Enter the school in charge of on-site supervision and inspection；
2.The supervision and inspection work of Weihai Campus is arranged by the Academic Affairs Office of Weihai Campus；
3.Organize some supervision experts to carry out online course inspections.
3. Supervision and inspection content
1.Online class inspection focuses on inspecting teaching style and learning style、Reform status of teaching concepts and teaching methods、Teaching organization and implementation of teaching disciplines, etc.，Timely summary of information，Feedback to the Academy for centralized rectification，Promote the construction of teaching style and study style and revolution in classroom teaching；
2.Supervise and inspect the implementation of rectification of problems found during the first round of self-evaluation and self-construction inspection of the college，Strengthening “Promoting Construction through Evaluation、The effect of “promoting change through evaluation”；
3.Inspect the college’s quality culture construction and implementation of the audit and evaluation concepts；Organizational College Leadership、Teacher、Student interviews，Implement the college’s contact with alumni、Employer、Internship Base，Establishment of tracking feedback mechanism；Check the cultural atmosphere of the college、Quality culture construction situation，Preparation status of relevant materials；Check laboratory experimental conditions and safety、Environmental protection construction situation；
4.Check Paper、Progress in standardized archiving and electronic examination papers，Verify the construction status of the college’s rapid response expert data research mechanism；
5.Inspect the construction of the evaluation work mechanism of each college；Clearly clarify the leading group for the college’s evaluation work、The personnel and working mechanism of the special team，Connect with the school’s relevant special teams to establish a material review and interview organization mechanism；Inspect the preparation and implementation of the work plan for the audit and evaluation。
4. College work preparation requirements
eachThe college needs to proactively contact the expert group，Make arrangements，Ensure that this supervision and inspection work is carried out comprehensively and smoothly。
1.Set up one contact person for each college，Proactively contact the expert team，Assist the expert group to successfully complete the supervision and inspection work；
2.Assist the expert group to comprehensively verify the paper、Exam paper preparation status，Check the condition construction status of fast scanning and electronicization；
3.Arrange the main person in charge of the college、Teacher、Student interviews and discussions，Provide the main person in charge of the college、Teacher、Participant list of student symposium (see attachment for details2、3、4）；The interviewees included all the leaders of the college、Teacher representatives of different ages and majors8-10names, student representatives from different grades and majors8-10personnel; personnel are randomly selected to ensure that the true preparation situation is reflected;
4.Guide the expert group to inspect the cultural atmosphere and quality culture construction of the college、College Quality Report、Professional Quality Report、Course syllabus and course teaching design (teaching calendar) preparation status，Lab conditions、Safety construction and experimental teaching management situation；
5.Provide the list of members of the college’s review and evaluation leadership group and each special group、Work content、Work plan，Documents on the implementation of the docking mechanism with relevant school groups。
5. Feedback on Supervision and Inspection Results
1.The Teaching Promotion and Teacher Development Center will promptly summarize and provide feedback on the supervision experts’ classroom inspections；
2.The expert group gave on-site feedback on the second round of supervision and inspection opinions，Guide the college to further prepare for the audit and evaluation；
3.The expert group will send an electronic version of the results of the second round of supervision and inspection of the college review and evaluation to the email address of the contact person on the campus。
