1. Overview of Science and Technology Innovation Interest Group and Needs for Instructors

The Science and Technology Innovation Interest Group establishes projects based on current hot issues in the field of electrical engineering and students’ scientific research interests。Registration completed，The composition of each team is as follows。

The main research content of each group and the needs for instructors are as follows:

1、 Future Power Grid Design Interest Group

Scientific research interest topic: taking future power energy systems as the research object，Focus on the structure of the power grid、Research on new challenges in operating form、Analysis and Design，Provide specific solutions for special energy usage environments。

Instructor’s expertise requirements: Power system analysis and design、Electric power equipment design、Motor and electric energy conversion、Matlab simulation software and C++、Python and other programming capabilities。

2、 Artificial Intelligence and Software Development Interest Group

Scientific research interest topic: exploring the development direction of artificial intelligence，Improve programming capabilities，Design and implement specific artificial intelligence application scenarios，Improve the ability to use artificial intelligence technology to solve specific problems。

Specialty requirements for instructors: basic theories and methods of artificial intelligence、Python and other programming、Data analysis and processing、Experience in large-scale software development。

3、 Special Detection Robot Interest Group

Scientific research interest topic: Comprehensive utilization of electricity、Computer、Control、Mechanical and other multi-disciplinary knowledge，Designed and developed underwater、Gobi Desert (simulating Mars scene)、Robot platform for special occasions such as earthquake disasters。

Instructor’s expertise requirements: Motor and its control、Robotic arm control、Sensors and microcontroller/Embedded development, analysis and design of complete equipment.

4、 College Student Electronic Design Competition Team

Scientific Research Interest Topic: Focus on National College Student Electronic Design Competition，Learn all kinds of electronic design and production components、Models and Methods，Independently developed related products。

Specialty requirements for instructors: Familiar with the process and goals of the College Student Electronic Design Competition，MasteryC++ language development and microcontroller application，Able to provide students with theoretical and practical guidance，Leading students to participate in the competition。

5、 College student smart car competition team

Scientific Research Interest Topic: Focus on the National College Student Intelligent Car Competition，Research on the mechanical structure of smart cars、Electronic circuit、Motion control and other issues，Developing intelligent model cars that can drive autonomously and have superior performance。

Instructor’s expertise requirements: Familiar with the process of college student smart car competition，MasteryC++ program development，Familiar with the design and control principles of various smart vehicles，Able to provide students with theoretical and practical guidance，Leading students to participate in the competition。

6、 Mathematical Modeling Competition Group

Research content: Mathematical modeling competition problems for college students，Learn and exchange common mathematical knowledge、Programming skills and common methods of modeling。

Needs for instructors: Familiar with the processes of various mathematical modeling competitions，Love mathematical modeling problems，hasMatlab/Python/Julia and other programming skills，Able to provide guidance to students on programming and modeling methods，Leading students to participate in the competition。

2. Instructor position responsibilities

1、Provide guidance for the group’s scientific research activities，Guarantee research topic，Guide students to study、Research、Production and development activities。

2、Based on group needs，Carry out basic knowledge training on relevant research content for the group、Lectures on cutting-edge topics。

3、Irregular communication with group or project members，Supervise team members to complete relevant work。

4、Guide group members to participate in the topic selection of important competitions、R&D、Result display and reporting work。

5、Innovation by guiding students in interest groups、Entrepreneurship and scientific research，Cultivate students not to be afraid of difficulties、Innovation、Struggle and enterprising spirit，Do a good job in ideological and political work in the curriculum。

1、InstructorVoluntary registration,eachThere is no limit on the number of instructors in a group；You only need to meet one of the above mentioned specialties in each group when registering；The number of groups each teacher intends to sign up for guidance shall not exceed2pieces.
