Xue Yusheng,Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,10th session、Deputy to the 11th National People’s Congress。Current Honorary President of State Grid Electric Power Research Institute,Part-time doctoral supervisor at Shandong University,Expert on stability theory and power system automation。Pioneering the quantitative theory of motion stability of non-autonomous systems and the quantitative algorithm of transient stability of power systems,Discovered a variety of new dynamic behaviors and revealed their essence,Designed a power outage prevention system (WARMAP) covering 80% of my country’s power grid, Provides strong technical support for China’s electric power safety。Won the National Science Conference Award、1 first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award,2 Second Prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Awards,1 second prize of National Technological Invention Award,1 National Book Award Nomination Award。

Yuedong,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Advanced Technology Research Institute、Automation College、Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence,Fellow of the Chinese Society of Automation, Chairman of IEEE PES (China) Smart Grid and New Technology Committee (preparatory)。Selected as 2018 Global Highly Cited Scholars,2014-2019 Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar。Served as an international publication IEEE TII、IEEE IEM、IEEE TSMCA、IEEE TNNL (2016-2018)、JFI and IJSS guest editor、Deputy Editor,Editorial Board Member of Control Theory and Application and Information and Control Journal。Presided over the national key R&D program、863、National Natural Science Foundation of China and other countriesProvincial and ministerial level projects nearly20 items. Zeng Pingliang,Professor and doctoral supervisor of Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member,Chartered Engineer (CEng) IEC TC122 WG1 Convener2015-2017)。IEC TC122 WG1andIEC TC8 JWG10Expert member,Winner of IEC 1906 International Standard Contribution Award and the 7th Chinese Overseas Chinese Community Contribution Award。has undertaken and participated in a total of national and State Grid Corporation of China science and technology projects10 items,Including three key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China。Published 2 monographs,Published more than 100 papers,More than 70 SCI/EI papers。The main research direction is power system analysis and planning、Renewable energy grid connection、Electric vehicle access、Power system reliability、Scale energy storage application,Distributed power supply、Load side response、Integrated energy system、Electricity CityField.
