The twelfth meeting of the Renewable Energy Grid Control and Modeling Technology Seminar was successfully held

September 23-24, 2020,The twelfth meeting of the Renewable Energy Grid Control and Modeling Technology Seminar was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong,From China Electric Power Research Institute、Tsinghua University、Zhejiang University、Goldwind Technology and other domestic research institutes、College、Enterprises, etc.More than 30 units 100More people attended the meeting. Experts and scholars attending the meetingAbout "Renewable Energy Grid Integration Control and Modeling"ofRelatedTechnical issues were discussed extensively and in-depth.

The conference is hosted by the New Energy Grid Integration and Operation Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering and the Power System Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering,Hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering of Shandong University and the New Energy Research Center of China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd.。Chief Engineer of New Energy Research Center of China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd.、International Electrotechnical Commission "Technical Subcommittee on Renewable Energy Integration into Grid"IEC SC 8ASecretary-General Chi Yongning and Gao Gao delivered an opening speech,Professor Ding Lei of Shandong University delivers a welcome speech。

In the special lecture session, Professor Yuan Xiaoming of Huazhong University of Science and TechnologyMade a report on "The Nature of Amplitude and Frequency Modulation of System Dynamic Processes and the Amplitude and Frequency Modulation Method of Small Interference Analysis",Pointed out the amplitude-frequency modulation nature of the dynamic process of the new generation power system,further elaborates on the basics of synchronized operation of AC systemsMechanism and characterization, power of diverse device characteristics-The nature of internal potential and the internal potential of network characteristics-Power characterization、Four core issues of communication information status and working points in dynamic analysis,Emphasizes the importance of establishing the concepts of AC system operating point and instantaneous amplitude frequency。

Professor Xin Huanhai of Zhejiang UniversityMaking a report on "New Energy Generalized Short Circuit Ratio",Promote the concept of short-circuit ratio from single-feed system to multi-feed system;Wang Tiezhu of China Electric Power Research InstituteEngineerMaking a report on "Operation Characteristics and Safety Challenges of High-proportion New Energy Power System",Proposed to further improve the system construction、Key technologies such as stability control,Making new energy the “backbone” of energy transformation;Professor Ding Lei of Shandong University gave a report on "Transient Active Support of Doubly-fed Wind Turbine Fault",Introducing the team’s work on fault transient active support。

Professor Xu Yin of Beijing Jiaotong University“Dynamic averaging modeling and application of high voltage direct current transmission system considering commutation failure”’s report,Detailed introduction to dynamic averaging modeling and model solution;Professor Li Weixing of Harbin Institute of Technology"General aggregation equivalent modeling method for new energy power stations"ofReport,Introducing unit fault ride-through characteristic modeling and station aggregation equivalent modeling methods。Goldwind Technology Yan Honggao Works“Overview of Goldwind Wind Turbine Grid-connected Simulation Modeling Work”’s report,Introducing Goldwind’s work on wind turbine modeling and future development plans。

In the free discussion session,Chi Yongning briefly introduced the International Electrotechnical CommissionIECofBasic situation,And Renewable Energy Access Grid Technical CommitteeIEC SC 8ARecent work of the working group。The participating experts had a heated discussion around the conference theme。
