Power System Broadband Measurement and Sensing Laboratory is being established in2009Year,Closely grasp the signal form brought by large-scale renewable energy integration to the power system、Fault form、Stable form、Control changes in form,Research on the theory and system of refined measurement of complex signals,Breaking through the technical bottleneck of accurate identification of multi-modal signal characteristics and deep perception of (extremely) weak signals without prior broadband information support,Refined and fast measurement of full-band information,Independently developed a lightweight synchrophasor measurement device (PMU Light)、Synchronized phasor and power quality synchronous monitoring all-in-one machine、Wideband synchronous measurement device (wPMU)、Non-intrusive load monitoring terminal,Constructed the first lightweight wide-area synchronous measurement system in China (WAMS Light)。With measurement terminal as the core technology,Independently developed a micro dynamic simulation system and battery energy storage performance test platform for high-proportion new energy power system broadband operation modes,Promote panoramic awareness of power system situation from the information system level、Fault diagnosis and location、Progress in coordinated control technology,Stability analysis of high-proportion new energy power system/Monitoring/Provide theoretical and technical support for control research and exploration of unknown phenomena。As of now,The laboratory has undertaken the national key R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology、Special Project on Major Instruments of NSFC、General projects and other national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects and several horizontal projects。

2. Laboratory function

2.1 Research and Development Platform for Refined Synchronous Measurement Devices for Complex Signals

Research on the set algorithm of the research and development platform of refined synchronous measurement device for complex signals、Hardware design and implementation、A software and hardware R&D platform integrating functional testing。Currently,Using full-band information refined fast measurement algorithm as the core technology,By integration4G/5GHigh-speed wireless communication technology,FPGA+DSPSignal fast processing module, Beidou/GPSPositioning technology, developedPMU Light, synchronized phasor and power quality monitoring integrated machine,wPMU, non-intrusive load monitoring terminal.

2.2Wideband synchronous measurement verification and test system

Wideband synchronous measurement verification and test system byNIHigh-speed synchronous sampling unit、Wideband arbitrary signal generator、Wideband power amplifier、High-precision synchronous clock unit independently developed by Shandong Electric Power Company,Available functions include:1) Verification of measurement accuracy of wide-band synchronous measurement device、Measuring speed、Key indicators such as communication delay;2) Test the broadband transmission characteristics of transformers and other equipment.

2.3 Power system micro dynamic simulation system

The power system micro dynamic simulation system is a kind of integrated power generation、Power transmission、Power transformation、New form of power grid physical simulation technology integrating load,It makes up for the shortcomings of traditional dynamic simulation systems in power electronics,Achieved standardization of analog devices,Achieving panoramic perception through simultaneous measurement of broadband operating status information,Thus achieving monitoring and scheduling control of the entire network。Power system micro dynamic simulation system can flexibly realize virtual power plant control、Physical tests and functional simulations that cannot be achieved by traditional simulation systems such as extreme disasters,Provide support for next-generation power system cyber-physical system research。

2.4Battery energy storage performance testing platform

The battery energy storage performance test platform is independently developed and equipped with battery cells/Battery pack Electrical-hot-Test platform for joint simulation capabilities of aging characteristics,The full life cycle performance of the battery pack in the application scenario can be directly analyzed based on the cell test data,Support dynamic grouping、Battery balancing、Simulation of active battery management methods such as thermal management,Comprehensive support for battery pack topology design、Thermal Management、Safety management andSOCSOHResearch on estimation methods, and related results have been put into operation in the power grid.

2.4 Non-intrusive load monitoring system

Non-intrusive load monitoring system without changing the user’s existing circuit structure,Install a non-intrusive load monitoring terminal at the home end to obtain user power consumption data (voltage、Current、Power),Obtain the load status of the current system through the load decomposition algorithm,Utilize self-developed non-intrusive load decomposition technology based on sequence-to-point model and transfer learning,Realize accurate load classification and tracking。
