Power System Dynamic Simulation and Simulation Laboratory was founded in 1986,Located on the first floor of the Electric Power Building,Approved as a provincial key laboratory in 1991,Is the only power system dynamic model test base in our province,Mainly responsible for cultivating professional and technical talents in the field of electrical engineering、Scientific research、Testing training services and other functions。The laboratory has 7 simulated synchronous generator sets,2 simulated doubly-fed fans,Multiple sets of simulated photovoltaic voltages,Simulated line 1500 kilometers,17 analog transformers,There are also many sets of advanced testing instruments and equipment。In recent years, automatic excitation and speed regulation systems have been completed one after another、Dynamic data collection and analysis system、Distributed monitoring system、Reconstruction of parallel double-circuit line simulation system on the same pole,And distributed generation、Simulated distribution network、Renovation of digital transformer,Making the comprehensive testing capabilities and technical level of the laboratory reach the leading domestic level。


Lab function

1. Synchronous generator operation control

Mainly complete the grid-connected regulation and control of synchronous generators,Synchronous generator automatic excitation control,Synchronous generator speed regulation,Synchronous generator oscillation operation control and other experimental functions,Provide an experimental platform for research on synchronous generator operation control methods。

2. Distributed new energy grid connection

Mainly complete distributed doubly-fed wind turbine generators、Photovoltaic power grid connection control and operation control functions,Provide an experimental platform for developing distributed new energy grid connection control strategies and operation control strategies

3. Fault simulation

Including generator failure、Transformer failure、Single-machine infinite system failure、Dual-machine system failure、Double-circuit line failure、Simulation of different equipment faults such as distribution network faults,Fault types include various horizontal and vertical faults。In addition, CT disconnection can be simulated、PT disconnection and other transformer faults。

4. Digital substation

Equipped with digital transformer、Merge unit、Network switches and other equipment,Able to provide digital signals that meet the IEC61850 standard,Realize the connection between digital secondary equipment and dynamic mold system。

Lab introduction

Power System Real-Time Digital Simulation (RTDS) Laboratory was founded in 2012,Located on the 2nd floor of the Electric Power Building,Is to carry out power system operation、Analysis、An important platform for fault simulation and device testing,Mainly responsible for talent training、Scientific research、Algorithm verification and device testing functions。The laboratory’s RTDS system is equipped with 2 RACKs,Able to complete general-scale power system operation analysis and fault simulation,The output part is configured with analog ports and digital ports,The analog port is connected to the power amplifier,Able to simulate the electrical quantity signal on the secondary side of the actual field transformer,Digital ports can be directly connected to intelligent secondary devices。

1. Power system operation analysis

Mainly complete the construction of general-scale power system models、Functions such as power flow calculation analysis and stability analysis,Fan can also be completed、Grid-connected operation control simulation of photovoltaic and other distributed power sources,Complementing each other with the dynamic mold system,Mutual confirmation。

2. Power system fault simulation

Can build dual power transmission line model、Substation model,Achieve various types of fault simulation,In addition, you can also build a distributed power grid-connected operation model,Fault simulation of systems containing distributed voltages。

3. Protection control algorithm verification

RTDS-based control module and custom development function module,Various types of protection and control algorithms can be built,Constitute a closed-loop control system with RTDS simulation model,Implement verification of new algorithm。

4. Online closed-loop test of secondary device

Analog and digital signal output board using RTDS,With power amplifier,Can realize online closed-loop testing of traditional microcomputer-based and new intelligent secondary devices,Dynamic testing of device performance。

Lab introduction

The fully digital relay protection laboratory is located on the 10th floor of the comprehensive laboratory building on Xinglongshan Campus,Jointly built with Nari Relay Protection Company,Equipped with 8 sets of high-voltage line intelligent protection (PCS-931),High voltage busbar protection (PCS-915) 2 sets,2 sets of high voltage main transformer intelligent protection (PCS-978),Fully digital relay protection tester (F08AD) 6 sets,5 sets of microcomputer-based high-voltage line protection devices (RCS-901);Built 6 high-voltage line protection platforms,2 scalable transformer protection experimental platforms,2 busbar protection experimental platforms,Mainly carry out graduation projects in the direction of relay protection、Technological Innovation、Scientific research and other work。

Mainly based on intelligent high-voltage line protection device (PCS-931) and corresponding digital protection tester (F08AD),Smart protection configuration file editing can be carried out、Virtual secondary loop test、Serial current differential、Distance Protection、Zero sequence overcurrent protection、Testing and analysis of automatic reclosing and other functions
