In order to implement the "Opinions of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shandong Provincial People's Government on the Deep Implementation of the Innovation-Driven Development Strategy"，Accelerate the construction of a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body，Continuously improve our province’s independent innovation capabilities and corporate core competitiveness，Further enhance its supporting and leading role in the province’s economic transformation and upgrading，Based on the relevant provisions of the "Shandong Province Engineering Laboratory Management Measures" (referred to as the "Management Measures")，Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission plans to carry out the organizational accreditation work of Shandong Provincial Engineering Laboratory (Research Center) in 2017。The relevant matters are now notified as follows:
1. Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission application conditions
1. Comply with the standards and requirements set by the "Management Measures".
2.Has significant industry innovation advantages，It plays an important supporting role in the development of strategic emerging industries and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries。
3.Prioritize support for national and provincial top 100 innovative pilot enterprises to apply for Shandong Provincial Engineering Laboratory (Research Center)。
4.Please follow the requirements of the "Management Measures"，Organize the preparation of application materials (no qualifications required)、Provide relevant proof、Issue a statement of authenticity。
5.Provincial and centrally-affiliated units can directly submit documents to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission。
2. Relevant requirements for declaration by our school
1.Our school recommends no more than 1 indicator to the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission；If you declare more than 1 item，Our hospital will invite experts for selection，Select the best to report。
2.Each College (Center、Hospital) recommends no more than 1 item to the school。
3.According to the "Management Measures" (Annex 1)，Preparation of application reports by relevant units (Attachment 2)，Fill in the basic information list (Attachment 3) and R&D equipment to be applied for the provincial innovation platform、Technical leader、Projects under research、Authorized invention patent、Operating status table hosted or participated in the formulation (Annex 4)，Provide copies of relevant supporting materials，Issue a statement of authenticity。
4.Please submit before February 24, 2017，Will apply for report、Operation status table、The attached supporting materials are bound together (8 copies in one set)，College recommendation form (one copy、Stamped with the official seal of the college and signed by the dean) and submitted to Room B413, Mingde Building；Basic situation list、Send the electronic version of the application report (PDF and WORD format) tozdjsb@sdu.edu.cn。
