First, fully study the employment services for graduates during the epidemic prevention and control period。College leaders fully discussed the possible impact of the epidemic on graduates’ employment in the new semester student work meeting,Deploy employment work in advance。Proactively contact the employer to change the recruitment method,Publish recruitment notices in a timely manner,Comprehensive survey of graduates’ signing status,Full understanding of the problems graduates encounter in their career choices,Guide graduates to actively pay attention to the spring recruitment notice,Pay attention to online interviews,Online signing,Use the Internet to carry out online employment consultation and employment guidance at the same time,Timely convey the latest national employment policies,Relieving the employment pressure of graduates,Do a good job in providing services for graduates to “employ at home”。

The second is to fully connect with employers,Timely release of employment information。Contact professional and relevant industry units in advance,Understand the unit’s needs,It is recommended that employers adopt online recruitment methods,Online interview for the employer、Provide convenience for contract signing and other processes,Collect recruitment information through multiple channels,Achieve success with the help of “code”—a list of online recruitment information,Carry out WeChat public account push and grade group release to promptly convey recruitment information to the majority of graduates。

The third is to adjust the graduate employment management model,Guide graduates to sign online contracts。The college arranges for each graduating class to establish an employment information database,Collect the signing status of each student,And real-time employment updates。Employment support groups are set up in each class,Provide timely guidance and assistance to students who have difficulty finding employment。

The fourth is the combination of points and surfaces,Improving employment service methods during the epidemic。In response to the current situation that most graduates are not in school during the epidemic,Counselors launch love mailing campaign,Go to the dormitory to organize materials for the students、Print transcripts, etc.,Solve graduates’ worries by mail。At the same time,Via online resume guidance、Sharing job experience and other methods,Helping graduates improve their ability to find jobs。
