1. Basic conditions

3. Have a master's degree or above, or have a bachelor's degree and have rich experience in software and hardware research and development.
4. Have good writing skills, strong communication and coordination skills and execution ability, and be able to use office software proficiently.
5. Familiar with commonly used microcontrollers such as ARM, DSP, and FPGA, and familiar with C language; familiar with common embedded development tools such as Keil and Altium Designer. Applicants with experience in R&D of power electronic equipment such as converters and inverters will be given priority.
6. The age is generally no more than 35 years old, and it may be relaxed for particularly outstanding candidates.
