The School of Electrical Engineering won two first prizes in the 2020 Shandong University Youth Education Competition

November 29,Shandong University’s 2020 Young Teacher Teaching Competition concluded at the Central Campus。final,Passed Academy Selection、Three rounds of school preliminary rounds and finals,Wang Chengfu of our hospital、Two teachers Wang Mengxia ranked first in the engineering group respectively、The fourth overall pick won the first prize in this year’s Youth Education Competition,Li Changgang、Two teachers Li Zhengshuo won the third prize in the competition。It is worth mentioning that the first prize won by the two teachers this time is the first time our school has won the first prize since participating in this competition,Achieve the college’s first-class breakthrough in the Shandong University Youth Education Competition。

This event starts from the college selection to the school finals,The preparation period lasted for more than a month,More than 100 young teachers from three schools in one place participated in the school preliminary competition,53 teachers entered the finals,23 first prize winners were determined (including 5 from the engineering group)。Participating teachers need to prepare 5 sections of teaching content in each round of competition,On-site drawing of lots to determine lecture content。Via multimedia within the allotted 20 minutes、Explain the course content using blackboard writing and other methods。The four participating teachers from our school taught vividly and systematically in each round of competition,Clear thinking when explaining、Language coherence,The teaching style is very contagious,Fully embodies the style of young teachers in the School of Electrical Engineering。

Promoting teaching through competition,Improve the teaching ability of young teachers。A breakthrough in this competition,This is also the college’s gain in the guidance and training of young teachers and the improvement of the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching,Hope to take this as an opportunity to further improve the teaching ability of young teachers,Promote the teaching career of the college to a new level。
