Lecture title:Protection and Control Systems and Wide Area Schemes
Meeting content:
A variety of advanced technical solutions and new protection and control technologies will provide new models of integrated power system protection and control。With GPS support,Synchronous measurement technology(SMT)is one of the key technologies. The focus of this report is based onSMT’s wide area monitoring, protection and control(WAMPAC)Application,These research projects have been developed and used within the UK electricity system。The report will introduce the keynote speaker on monitoring、Research projects in conservation and control;Power system monitoring with thyristor controlled series compensation will be explored;Applications of frequency control applicable to future power systems will be discussed in particular,These power systems have a high proportion of power electronics generating equipment,That is, non-synchronous power generation。At the same time,Propose a method to quickly convert from classical state estimation to linear state estimation。This report will be based on actual conditions,Introducing testing of some novel solutions,Also explains how to prevent potential power system outages。
